1. What MemoRise Does

MemoRise lets you record short voice memos and use them as alarms or reminders. That’s it. Nothing tricky.

2. Your Data

• Your recordings stay on your device unless you choose to export or back them up yourself.
• We do not collect, store, or listen to your recordings.
• We don’t run servers for this app, and we don’t share your data with anyone.

3. Permissions

The app may request:

• Microphone access (to record your memos)
• Notifications (to ring the alarm)

You can disable these at any time in system settings.

4. No Guarantees

We try our best, but:

• The app may not work on every device or OS version.
• Alarms may fail if your device is muted, off, or restricted by system settings.
  Use MemoRise as a helper, not your only life-critical reminder.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Don’t record anything illegal or harmful.
• Don’t misuse the app (pretty hard to, anyway).
• Make sure your device volume and permissions are set correctly so alarms can work.

6. Liability

We’re not responsible for:

• Missed alarms,
• Lost recordings,
• Or any damages related to using the app.

Use it at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a big change, we’ll update the version in the app or store page.
